**Responsibilities**
- Assist farmers in planning and managing crop production, including crop selection,

rotation, and planting schedules.
- Optimize cultivation practices for improved yield and resource efficiency.
- Conduct soil analysis to assess fertility levels and provide recommendations for soil

health improvement.
- Advise on appropriate soil management practices to enhance crop growth.
- Identify and diagnose crop diseases and pest infestations.
- Develop integrated pest management strategies and recommend appropriate control

measures.

- Recommend sustainable nutrient management practices to enhance soil fertility.
- Advise on efficient irrigation practices, considering water conservation and crop water

- Help farmers implement suitable irrigation systems for their crops.
- Stay abreast of agricultural technologies and recommend digital tools to enhance

farming practices.
- Assist farmers in adopting and utilizing technology for precision farming.
- Collect and analyze data related to crop performance, environmental conditions, and

other relevant factors.
- Generate reports and insights to aid farmers in decision-making.
- Engage with farmers through the app to understand their needs and provide timely

support.
- Build strong relationships with users and address their inquiries professionally.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers to educate them on best

agronomic practices.
- Keep farmers informed about the latest developments and innovations in agriculture.

- B.Sc. in Agriculture with a focus on Agronomy.
- Practical experience in agronomy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of crop science, agronomic principles, and agricultural practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with farmers.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Familiarity with modern farming technologies and tools.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and MS Office.
- Good time-management skills
- Knowledge of Crop insects, diseases, Chemical and Fertilizer
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
