**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and driven **AI Intern** to join our R&D team and help develop a cutting-edge AI tool for **automated crop health monitoring** using drone imagery and sensor data. You will work on real-world datasets to build, train, and deploy models that detect crop stress, disease, nutrient deficiencies, and yield patterns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with drone imagery and multispectral/thermal sensor data
- Build AI/ML models for tasks like image segmentation, classification, anomaly detection
- Preprocess and label datasets using tools like LabelImg or CVAT
- Collaborate with agronomists and product team to define use cases and model KPIs
- Optimize models for deployment on cloud/mobile edge devices
- Support integration with our drone mission planner and mobile app (Agribotics)

**Requirements**:

- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc or pursuing in Computer Science, AI/ML, Remote Sensing, or related fields
- Strong understanding of **deep learning**, particularly CNNs for computer vision (e.g., YOLO, UNet, ResNet)
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV
- Familiarity with image datasets, annotation tools, and model evaluation
- Bonus: Knowledge of precision agriculture, GIS, NDVI, or UAV data formats

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with deployment using Flask/FastAPI, ONNX, or TensorFlow Lite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
