**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and supervision of agreed research methodology for crop/fertilizers estimation analytical
- Contribution to the development of research methodology and strategy. Continuous review of methodology being applied in view of observations made during crop tour.
- Close monitoring of weather development’s and long term forecasts to update production estimate.
- Communication in the findings in the form of well-argued crop report.
- Soil test based fertilizer recommendation.
- Agronomic evaluation of new fertilizer product with precise statical tools.
- Good knowledge of plant health, soil management and crop develop practices for better planting / farming practices.
- Establish and ensure that Product Data Sheets and MSDS’s are in place for all products. Develop all related SOPs.
- Manage high standards of Safety, Health and Environment in all activities.
- Document and communicate research findings and improvements.
- Make high level technical presentation and communication
- Oversee coordination with other research institutes and universities to set up programs.

**Education & Experience Requirements**
- Ph.D. degree in agricultural Science/ Horticulture science.
- Excellent knowledge on fertilizer manufacturing and soil science
- A proven research record of accomplishment with publications.
- Experience in conducting and validating green house and large-scale field trails.

- Must have a proven history of creativity, ingenuity (problem solving skills) and inquisitiveness
- Skilled in writing technical reports, along with good presentation skills.
