**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling using R to identify trends and insights.
- Build and validate predictive models for forecasting and decision support.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate key findings.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Document data processes, models, and code for reproducibility and maintainability.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- **R Programming**:

- Proficiency in R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Familiarity with R packages such as dplyr, ggplot2, caret, and tidyr for data wrangling, visualization, and modeling.
- **Statistical Analysis & Machine Learning**:

- Expertise in statistical methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., classification, clustering, time series) and model evaluation techniques.
- **Data Wrangling**:

- Strong ability to clean, preprocess, and structure data for analysis, using R and SQL.
- **Data Visualization**:

- Proficiency in creating effective data visualizations using ggplot2 or Shiny for dashboards and reports.
- **Additional Programming Skills** (preferred):

- Familiarity with Python and SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- **Big Data & Cloud Experience (preferred)**:

- Experience with big data tools or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Experience with experimental design and causal inference analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
