We are seeking an experienced **Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist** to join our innovative team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **NLP Application Development**: Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots/virtual assistants using advanced language models and NLP techniques.
- **Generative AI Solutions**: Collaborate with client teams to architect and implement Generative AI solutions using ML and GenAI frameworks.
- **AI Tool Selection & Model Development**: Evaluate AI tools, select machine learning models, and build/optimize them using Python and open-source technologies.
- **Large Language Models**: Setup, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs (BERT, GPT-3, etc.).
- **Data Preprocessing**: Transform raw data using text normalization, tokenization, and other NLP data techniques.
- **Integration**: Seamlessly integrate NLP capabilities with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor and enhance chatbot performance to ensure user satisfaction and accuracy.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to meet requirements and refine solutions.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep pace with advancements in NLP, machine learning, and AI technologies to improve our capabilities continually.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in **Python** or **R** (5+ years of experience).
- Proficiency with industry-leading NLP tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Experience in deep learning and training large language models.
- Hands-on experience with **AWS services** (e.g., S3, EC2, SageMaker).
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools like OpenAI ChatGPT and LangChain.
- Advantage: Experience integrating with **SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and ServiceNow**.

- Expertise in NLP concepts like tokenization, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining API solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
