**Job Title**:Data Scientist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business
problems.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Design and execute machine learning and NLP projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into
business processes.
- Knowledge of different chunking strategies, RAG techniques, Embedding models.

GPT-4/Turbo/4, Anthropic, Falcon, LLama, etc.
- Employ NLP toolkits such as Hugging Face and spaCy to enhance language processing
capabilities.
- Prototype and design experimental software, translating academic theories into

**Required Qualifications**:
**1. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with extensive experience in libraries such as NumPy,
Pandas and Scikit-learn.
- Demonstrated exposure to machine learning and NLP projects or courses.
- Experience with deep learning architectures, including LSTMs, Transformers, and
related technologies.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge deep learning-based NLP models like BERT, BART, and
Sentence Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with LLM stack tools including Lang Chain and LLamaIndex.

**2. Soft Skills**:

- Proactive with strong communication (oral and written), presentation, and
interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing and testing custom software
solutions.
- Ability to solve real-world problems through innovative ideas and independent
research.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in translating academic ideas and theoretical algorithms into production
systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with software prototyping and designing experimental software.
