**About Us**:
As a Data Scientist at Arnowa, you will leverage your analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets. Your primary role will be to develop data-driven solutions that meet the company's needs, bridging the gap between data and business operations.We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze substantial raw data, identify patterns, and provide actionable business insights. Your expertise will be crucial in creating data products that generate meaningful insights for our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop predictive models for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Identify and recommend process optimizations.
- Utilize big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
- Mentor and train junior data scientists.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
- Understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Strong knowledge of data wrangling and data cleaning techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data privacy and security.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
