Jr. Officer Purchase Order Processing

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end order processing activities.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP (preferably SAP B1).
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Support inventory planning and stock management.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing / purchase department.**:

- Knowledge of **SAP B1** or any ERP system is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of purchase and supply chain processes.
- Excellent **negotiation and communication skills.**:

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**:
Salary range if you want, e.g., ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 per month ,depending on the experience.
