**Profile - Jr. Project Coordinator**

**Department - Logistics and Operations**

**Job Location - Pithampur (M.P.)**

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Coordination with different departments i.e. accounts, production and dispatch
- Follow up with stores and production for timely dispatch.
- Confirmation and follow up with sales dept. for rates, terms, condition etc.
- Coordination with production department for dispatch plans and transport agencies for dispatch.
- Order processing as per technical specifications
- Maintain purchase order records for every dispatch
- Mail to accounts for insurance at the project commencement
- Checking of material and invoice at the time of dispatch.
- Maintaining books and records of finished goods and packing.
- Making and sending packing lists as per order.

**Requirement**:

- Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical/Civil Preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point).
- Excellent communication skills.
