**Job Description: Purchasing Executive (Pharmaceutical Company)**

**Purchase Order Processing**
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and new product launches within the pharmaceutical and procurement sectors.
- Identify potential new suppliers, technologies, and products that could provide strategic advantages.

**Market Research**

**Compliance and Regulations**
- Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, considering inventory levels, production schedules, and material requirements.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar procurement role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, trends, and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
