IT Recruiter

**Position: IT Recruiter - Freshers**

**Location: Amritsar, Punjab (Onsite)**

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)**

**Fixed Night Shift from 8 pm to 5 am IST (No rotational shifts)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal portals.
- Work closely with the HR and technical teams to understand job requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends in the IT industry.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation of new hires.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication (English) and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and job roles (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain

**Education Qualifications**:

- BBA / MBA in HR, B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Internship or project experience in HR/recruitment (if any)
