- **Client and visitor management**: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and prospective tenants in a warm and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- **Scheduling**: Schedule and confirm appointments for agents, including property viewings. Manage calendars and schedules for the office.
- **Administrative support**: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing. Assist with preparing and distributing promotional materials and paperwork.
- **Office maintenance**: Keep the reception area and general office space clean, organized, and welcoming.
- **Database management**: Maintain and update client and property databases and records.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate software is often preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate terms and processes.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
