We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Automation Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring testers and professionals. You should have strong hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, and be capable of explaining complex testing concepts in a simple, engaging manner. The role involves preparing training content, mentoring learners, conducting live sessions, and guiding them through real-time projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on **Automation Testing**, including tools like **Selenium WebDriver**, **Playwright**, **Cypress**, and **TestNG/JUnit**:

- Teach programming basics required for automation in **Java**, **Python**, or **JavaScript**:

- Explain testing methodologies such as **STLC**, **Agile Testing**, **BDD**, and **TDD**:

- Provide hands-on training on test automation frameworks, scripting, and debugging
- Guide students on **API Testing** using **Postman**, **RestAssured**, or similar tools
- Prepare and update training materials, quizzes, projects, and assignments
- Mentor students in real-world testing projects and support them in resolving technical challenges
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in test automation

**Required Skills**:

- Strong hands-on experience in **automation testing tools** like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
- Sound knowledge of **programming languages** such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with **test frameworks** like TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or Mocha
- Understanding of **CI/CD tools** like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
- Good understanding of **REST API testing**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
