**Job Title: Software Testing Trainer (Manual & Automation)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on **Manual Testing** and **Automation Testing** (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
- Design and deliver customized training content, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide practical demonstrations and real-time examples to simplify complex concepts.
- Prepare training schedules, materials, and assessments.
- Assess trainee performance, give feedback, and support learning improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help students with project guidance when required.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual and group learning styles.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong foundation in **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)** and **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**.
- Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of:

- **Manual Testing** techniques, test case writing, bug tracking, etc.
- **Automation Testing** using tools like **Selenium WebDriver**, **TestNG**, **JUnit**, etc.
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge in **Java** or **Python** (preferred).
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like **JIRA** or **Bugzilla**.
- Excellent **communication**, **presentation**, and **interpersonal** skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

**Qualifications**:

- BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certification in software testing (ISTQB or similar) is a plus.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or tutoring is an added advantage (even if informal or academic).
