**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Manual and Automation Testing Trainer** to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, fresh graduates, or working professionals. The trainer should have strong expertise in software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and practical industry practices to prepare learners for real-world QA/testing roles.
- Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on **Manual Testing** and **Automation Testing** (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).
- Explain core testing concepts: SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, test planning, test case preparation, execution, and reporting.
- Provide hands-on training with tools like **Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Postman, Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.**:

- Strong knowledge of **Manual Testing** concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in **Automation Testing tools** (Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in **programming/scripting languages** (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Knowledge of **API testing tools** (Postman, RestAssured) and **Performance testing** (JMeter) is a plus.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Maven/Gradle).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience as a trainer or corporate mentor is an advantage.
- Guide learners in building **automation frameworks** and writing test scripts.
- Conduct **practical assignments, projects, and mock interviews** to enhance learner confidence.
- Continuously update course content to match the latest industry trends and tools.
- Assess student performance, provide feedback, and mentor them for career opportunities.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
