**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- 2-3 years of experience with hands on knowledge in the domain.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Python Training to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Create engaging and effective course materials, including presentations, exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, ensuring a hands-on and interactive learning experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies, incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and feedback, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Assist in the development of certification programs and exams for Python proficiency.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote training programs and attract new students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Python developer and/or Python trainer, with a strong portfolio of projects and/or training engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Flask, Django, NumPy, Pandas).
- Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their learning journey.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools is preferred.
- Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
