**Job Description: Verbal Trainer**

**Position**: Verbal Trainer

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive verbal reasoning sessions for GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and SAT exams.
- Developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools tailored to students' needs.
- Providing individualized feedback and coaching to students to enhance their verbal skills.
- Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods as necessary to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments in verbal reasoning tests and educational methodologies.
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
- Participating in regular training sessions and professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
- Strong command of English language with exceptional verbal reasoning skills.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, particularly in standardized test preparation, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as per the institute's schedule.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
