**Responsible for delivery of training sessions as per the assigned schedule and within firm timelines and ensure smooth & regular running of batches.**
- Owner for course completion and high standard of student engagement.
- Develop course content and compile additional sample/ practice questions and recommend books and materials with an eye on the changing trend in exams.
- Required to revise curriculum appropriately, create teaching assignments on courses and support development of the content, as necessary.
- Make appropriate use of training aids to enhance student experience and learning outcomes.
- Ensure regular batch reviews and student assessments, report student progress and take steps to provide additional focus to support, as necessary and seek Master Trainers inputs.
- Support collection of scorecards and testimonials from students by keeping in regular touch with them.
- Collect student reviews in running batches and contribute to CSAT tracking.
- Deliver KPI of product-wise average score improvement and top score target as defined.
- Keenly participate in self-development initiatives, reflected through CDCC and QC scores.
- Act on feedback provided by Master Trainer.
- Participate in student advising, registration and counselling, as necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour
