Hurix Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 3-4 years of experience, specializing in API testing, to join our team at our Chennai office. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing methodologies. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual testing of APIs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance meet specified requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and checklists based on project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications thoroughly.
- Independently analyze requirements and specifications to identify potential issues or gaps in test coverage.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to achieve project objectives within designated timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and issues encountered.
- Utilize mobile app testing and accessibility testing techniques as added advantages to enhance overall testing effectiveness.
- Explore opportunities for automation testing and contribute hands-on experience in automation tools and frameworks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in manual testing with a focus on API testing.
- Strong ability to design and execute test cases and checklists effectively.
- Proficiency in understanding and analyzing project requirements and specifications.
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Added advantage: Experience in mobile app testing and accessibility testing.
- Added advantage: Hands-on experience in automation testing tools and frameworks.
