**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings based on concepts, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and engineers.
- Create 2D and 3D models of structures, sets, and other design elements using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
- Update and revise drawings based on project developments, design changes, and client feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of drawings and design changes for future reference and project tracking.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate drafting and to assess drawing feasibility in real-world conditions.
- Assist in preparing visual representations and renderings for presentations and project approvals.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the technical accuracy and completeness of all designs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **2-4 years** of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in architectural or creative project environments.
- Proficiency in drafting software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, precise drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with design and engineering teams.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
