We are looking for young people for the post of **Back Office Executive**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Explaining products to walk-in customers for new DMAT accounts.
- Collecting required documents from clients and processing account opening form.
- Handling modifications in Account details.
- Handling customers queries and coordinating with head office (Mumbai) to resolve them.
- Executing customer requests like DMAT of physical shares, Pledge/unpledge of shares etc.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Education**:

- B.Com (required)

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of financial market and banking operations.
- Client relationship management
- Written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- Good typing speed
