**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**:

- Design and develop engaging English language content, including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids for middle and high school levels.
- Create materials focused on literature, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills that cater to diverse learning needs.

**Curriculum Support**:

- Collaborate with educators and instructional designers to align content with CBSE or other specified curricula.
- Review and refine existing English educational resources to ensure accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness.

**Teacher Training and Support**:

- Provide guidance and training to English teachers on effective teaching strategies, classroom activities, and assessment techniques.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all English content meets high standards of clarity, grammar, and educational value.
- Evaluate and update materials based on feedback from educators, students, or academic trends.

**Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on best practices in English education, emerging teaching methodologies, and educational technology.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Unicent Eduseve LLP team, including other SMEs, content developers, and management, to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions for new educational initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 4-8 years of experience in the education sector, with a focus on English teaching, curriculum development, or content creation.
- Strong hands-on experience as an English teacher at the middle or high school level is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional command of the English language (spoken and written), with expertise in grammar, literature, and composition.
- Proven ability to develop educational content that is clear, engaging, and student-centric.
- Strong analytical skills to assess learning materials and student needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and educational tools/software (e.g., LMS platforms).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and collaboration.
