**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - CA Firm (Finance & Investment Services)

**Salary**: Up to 30k

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach prospective clients (SMEs, startups, corporates, and individuals).
- Promote CA firm services including accounting, GST, taxation, company registration, auditing, and advisory.
- Explain and cross-sell financial products such as **mutual funds, life/health/general insurance, and investment planning solutions**.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Keep updated with financial markets, taxation policies, mutual fund schemes, and insurance regulations.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/records.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of **mutual funds, SIPs, life & health insurance, and financial planning**.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial services.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to travel for client meetings.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in financial services, insurance, or CA firms).
- IRDA or AMFI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with finance knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,040.84 - ₹30,553.15 per month
