**Position -** Field counsellor

**Location** - Jaipur

**Qualification**: B.sc (Life-science) / B.sc or M.sc Nutrition/ B Pharma

**Experience** - 1 year in patient counselling and sales conversion

**Working hours** - Flexible 6 days/week

**Gender**: Male and Female

**Office location**: Will be deployed in doctor’s clinics/ patient’s home.

**Languages**: Good communication skills with fluency in English and at least one local language

**Travel**: Yes (On a daily basis)

**Report into**: Program Manager

**Manages team: Individual** Contributor Role

**Dress code**: Business formals; the employee must maintain a presentable attire during all times

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Provide counselling related to the product, its usage, and treatment adherence at doctor’s clinic/patient’s home
- Conversion of patient leads i.e. sale of devices
- Conduct device demo at the doctor’s clinic/patient’s home
- Assist the interested patients in purchasing the device at the clinic/via Chatbot
- Assist the patients for Onboarding via whatsapp Chatbot
- Ensuring the devices are stored in a proper manner
- Keeping a log of number of clinics/patient’s homes visited
- Recording patient details and updating the same in Portea portal if required
- Coordinating with internal Portea teams and providing timely updates

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
