**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess patients' nutritional and health needs.
- Counsel patients on nutrition and dietary issues and develop meal plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust diet plans as needed.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and nutritional practices.
- Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Stay updated with current nutritional science and research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
- Registered Dietician (RD) certification preferred (if applicable).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.
