we are looking for a sincere, trustworthy, and detail-oriented professional to join our team with the following skills and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of interior working drawings including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Ability to interpret 2D and 3D drawings for quantity take-offs.
- Proficient in calculating material quantities and finishes with a solid understanding of interior materials.
- Preparing detailed estimates for interior projects covering materials, labour, and miscellaneous expenses.
- Communicating with vendors to gather required data such as material rates, availability, and timelines.
- Conducting on-site verification and checks before handover of the project.
- Performing reconciliation of project estimates post-completion based on drawings and on-site verification.
- Maintaining accurate records of all project costs, estimates, invoices, and payments.
- Keeping ongoing site data up-to-date and reflecting changes in project estimates accordingly.
- Ensuring all documentation complies with internal company policies and procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Sincere, responsible, and committed to delivering work in decided timeframe.

Software Proficiency:

- MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- AutoCAD (Basic)
- VectorWorks (Subjective)
- Tally (Subjective - basic understanding for estimate tracking)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
