Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for generating sales and promoting products and services to potential customers. The role involves actively engaging with customers, conducting sales demonstrations, and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets. The Field Sales Executive represents the company and acts as a key point of contact for customers, providing them with product information, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:Identify potential customers and develop strategies to generate leads.
Actively engage with customers to promote automobile products and services.
Conduct sales demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Keep updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Market Research and Analysis:Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the company's automobile products and services.
Keep updated with product specifications, features, and pricing.
Stay informed about new product launches, upgrades, and enhancements.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and sales strategies with the team.
Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,820.16 - ₹24,214.75 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
