**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed explanations about product usage and features.
- Accurately update delivery addresses and make necessary changes in the delivery portal.
- Follow up with customers regarding COD (Cash on Delivery), schedule orders, and manage any delivery issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless process.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints by identifying underlying causes, presenting suitable solutions, and following up to ensure successful resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products or services, including features, pricing, availability, and relevant policies or procedures, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Cultivate and nurture positive customer relationships to foster loyalty and trust in the brand.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Identify emerging trends, recurring issues, or areas for improvement and provide recommendations to improve customer service quality and satisfaction levels.
