**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools and arranging face-to-face meetings where appropriate.
- Responsible to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Handle inquiries from potential clients, providing accurate information and delivering quotations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely closure of sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and delivery of services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within a service-based company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
