We are seeking a Logistics Executive for providing assistance to enterprise customers and internal teams. **This position would be based at the client site in Dahej, Gujarat**
- Providing initial technical software & hardware support to clients
- Providing technical demo of product or new features to clients
Troubleshooting issues related to hardware or software functionality
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically

and follow service desk procedures.
- Accurately describe client issues and interpret and design a resolution
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Make sure the process conformity and SLAs are accomplished
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and follow through with assignments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Experience with GPS hardware/ technology will be given preference
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Customer facing experience is a plus

**Salary**: ₹8,207.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
