We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Coordinator. If you are passionate about retail operations and have a knack for driving store efficiency and profitability, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage the production queue and process orders efficiently.
- Oversee order management from start to end, including order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage payments and maintain purchase and sale records.
- Optimize resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate local activations and promotions to drive store traffic and sales.
- Provide timely recommendations to enhance store sales performance.
- Fluency in Kannada is preferred to effectively communicate with local customers.
- Assist in social media posting on store pages to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in store operations, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English languages.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
