Operations Assistant

Role Overview We are looking for a smart curious and detail-driven Operations Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across our global network You ll be part of a lean fast-moving operations team that sits at the heart of how One Retail Group runs balancing stock flow data accuracy logistics performance and commercial outcomes This isn t just about moving boxes it s about making smart data-led decisions that ensure our international supply chain runs efficiently and profitably You ll quickly build expertise across inventory management forecasting freight coordination and partner performance while learning how a high-growth e-commerce business operates end to end You ll thrive here if you re analytical proactive and commercially minded someone who can spot inefficiencies suggest improvements and take full ownership of their work Location Bengaluru India You will initially work remotely from home in India but should be prepared to commute daily to our location in Bengaluru India once on-site operations are established Key Responsibilities Stock Management Replenishment Manage stock movement across multiple regions ensuring products are always in the right place at the right time Support our replenishment planning to maintain sales momentum and avoid stockouts or excess inventory Partner with our China and UK teams to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth flow of goods through our network Data Management Analysis Analyse sales stock and logistics data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to support business decisions Provide insights that inform buying forecasting and operational strategy Logistics Partner Coordination Work closely with logistics and freight partners ensuring they deliver to agreed service levels Track and reconcile freight costs and invoices ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Help identify and onboard new logistics partners as the business expands Continuous Improvement Contribute ideas to improve efficiency reduce costs and speed up operational processes Support new logistics network setups new 3PL integrations and process automation initiatives Develop and document best practices as we scale our operations across regions Forecasting Planning Assist in stock forecasting by assessing sales trends seasonal patterns and promotional activity Support purchasing and operations teams in aligning forecast accuracy with supplier lead times Cross-Functional Support Partner with commercial finance and purchasing teams to provide accurate timely operational data Create and share digestible reports that inform strategic decision-making Ideal Candidate Highly analytical with strong numerical and Excel Google Sheets skills you re confident working with data A fast learner who enjoys solving complex problems and takes pride in getting the details right Communicates clearly and concisely across teams and time zones Comfortable taking ownership and working independently with accountability Proactive organised and commercially aware you understand how operational performance impacts business results Driven by growth and eager to build deep expertise in logistics and operations Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same Brings energy curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility you ll be trusted with meaningful work from day one Who is One Retail Group One Retail Group is an international online retailer brand owner and marketplace specialist Our story is humble growing from a single product launched in 2013 we now own multiple brands in the home appliance lifestyle and personal care categories Our future is exciting as we strive to launch onto new platforms and expand our operations even further across the globe We work at pace we learn fast and where necessary we fail fast This role will provide you with the chance to leave your mark and make a difference to a very exciting company We re proud of our collaborative team and continued high standards as we work together to achieve our shared ambitious goals One Retail Group is an international online retailer brand owner and marketplace specialist Our story is humble growing from a single product launched in 2013 we now own multiple brands in the home appliance lifestyle and personal care categories Our future is exciting as we strive to launch onto new platforms and expand our operations even further across the globe We work at pace we learn fast where necessary we fail fast This role will provide you with the chance to leave your mark and make a difference to a very exciting company We re proud of our collaborative team and continued high standards as we work together to achieve our shared ambitious goals Take a look at our biggest brands
