**Primary Responsibility**:
He/she will have the responsibility to complete the physical examination of the visa applicants as per the checklist and provide his/her recommendation and findings as per the agreed process with utmost accuracy.

He/she will also provide health education to patients.

**Role Specifics**:
Call the applicant as per the token number and validate the identity.
- Perform head to toe examination of the applicant, check for abnormalities if any. Records the finding in the software check for any de-ranged values/ vitals (recorded by the nursing staff).
- Generate intermediate referrals for the abnormalities detected on physical examination or vital capture at nursing station.
- Save the consultation for every applicants in the system.
- Capture applicant feedback from c-sat device.
- After the receiving lab and radiology reports generate the external referrals and process the cases to central team as per the medical guide line.
- Support and trained the medical staff as and when required.
- Perform internal medical audit as and when required.
- Participates in the recruitment and selection process of medical staff.

Filling up all relevant details in the EMR reports depending upon formats as agreed.

Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.

Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results through the clinical management system

Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients if required

Coordinate work with nurses, and other health care providers.

Ensure all MIS reports are shared with the concerned teams as per agreed timelines and standards/formats

Handle emergencies.

Central reporting as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
