EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OG 2-3 YEARS

SKILLS SET--Provide consult on specific resources within the company to align with on technical solutions

Act as the single point of contact for Product Management/Marketing offerings and roadmaps

Deliver “white paper” based expertise via presentations as the technical expert to pre-sales technical resources and customers

Participate and act as the technical expert for training and development tracks across the Global organization

Develops, presents or responds to proposals for specific client requirements, including the technical content for request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions

Ensures solution fulfills functional and technical requirements and can consistently meet progress against SLA's

Consults, advises and educates management, affected team and clients through communications at the appropriate technical granularity

Knowledge of contact center & customer service implementations involving Telephony Integration (CTI), Knowledge Management, Multi-Channel Support, Web Chat, Customer Portals, Workforce Management, Agent Scripting

LANGUAGE - ENGLISH, HINDI, MARATHI

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
