- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the architecture and interior design industry. Prior experience in selling products or services related to interior furnishings, décor, or design solutions is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients within the architect and interior design sector. Utilize your existing network and actively research to expand our client base.

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers. Understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements to offer tailored framing solutions.

**Product Presentation**: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Ara Frames' products to potential clients. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations as needed.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to refine tactics, identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities.

**Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals to achieve successful sales outcomes. Ensure contracts and agreements are well-drafted and aligned with company policies.

**Market Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights to the management team to adapt and innovate sales approaches accordingly.

**Client Engagement**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sales. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, lead generation, and progress in the company's CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:
**Communication Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and articulate the value of Ara Frames' offerings effectively.

**Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation abilities to handle pricing discussions and contractual terms confidently.

**Networking**: A solid professional network within the architecture and interior design industry is advantageous.

**Self-Motivation**: Self-driven and motivated to achieve and surpass sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
