Field Collection Executive

Timings: 9:30 to 6:30 (Monday to Saturday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle recovery of overdue payments, specifically **90+ day bucket cases**.
- Visit customers/residences/offices for payment follow-up and collection.
- Ensure adherence to company collection policies and ethical practices.
- Maintain daily records of visits, interactions, and payment status.
- Coordinate with the collections team and update MIS regularly.
- Travel to **Ahmedabad and Surat** when required (conveyance provided).
- Escalate non-cooperative or disputed cases to seniors for further action.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in collections/recovery (preferably banking or Infrastructure sector).
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
