**Location**: AURA DESIGNWORKS, Kanpur
**Reporting to**: Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packing**:

- Supervise and execute careful, aesthetic, and damage-free packing of Think Artly products.
- Maintain quality control for packing materials and ensure consistent branding.
- Prepare shipments for marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and direct customer orders.
- Coordinate daily dispatch with courier partners.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain organized storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical stock checks, and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with production for timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
- **Store Upkeep**:

- Maintain a clean, systematic, and accessible store area.
- Label and categorize products for easy retrieval.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) system to manage aging stock.
- **Coordination**:

- Communicate with the production team to plan dispatch schedules.
- Share daily dispatch and inventory status with the management.
- Raise requests for packing materials and store supplies in advance.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain packing slips, dispatch records, and daily inventory logs.
- Ensure accurate weight and measurement records for each dispatch.

**Skills Required**:
Attention to detail and quality
Basic record-keeping skills (physical registers / Google Sheets)
Ability to manage helpers for packing work
Systematic organization of store and workspace
Ability to handle physical workload of packing and lifting boxes
Basic communication for courier coordination

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in packing/store management in a small manufacturing unit or e-commerce business

Zero dispatch errors or damage complaints
Timely daily dispatches
Neat and organized store
Up-to-date inventory records

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
