Insurance Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to target potential customers and achieve sales targets
- Meet with customers to identify their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Explain the features, benefits, and limitations of insurance products to customers
- Assess customers' financial situations and recommend insurance policies that are suitable for their needs and budgets
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their insurance needs are being met and to identify additional sales opportunities
- Track sales performance and report to the Sales Manager on a regular basis
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Bilingual in English and Tamil (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
**Salary**:
- Competitive salary and commission structure based on experience and sales performance.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,881.24 - ₹28,964.96 per month
