Job Overview
Shrinithi Insurance Broking is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant in Chennai. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in a dynamic and inspiring environment. You will support executives by managing organized schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently. The role demands a keen eye for detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced insurance brokerage setting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in scheduling meetings and maintaining planners to ensure no conflicts.
- Ability to oversee and manage executive calendars skillfully to optimize the productivity of executives.
- Competence in coordinating travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries with precision.
- Familiarity with document management software to organize and retrieve files and documents promptly.
- Ability to track expenses and prepare detailed reports to assist in financial management and budgeting.
- Experience with project management software to oversee task assignments and progress tracking effectively.
- Efficient use of communication tools like Slack to maintain clear and effective communication across teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to company executives to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary information and logistics are in place beforehand.
- Assist in planning and coordinating both domestic and international travel including itinerary preparation.
- Manage and organize documents, reports, and correspondence to support project management activities.
- Compile and reconcile expense reports timely for accurate financial tracking and budgeting.
- Serve as a communication liaison within the organization to ensure clarity and alignment on projects and goals.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools for executive meetings.
- Handle special projects and assignments as delegated by executives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
