**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the Founder CEO

**Reports To**: Founder / Chief Executive Officer

**Job Summary**: As the Executive Assistant to the Founder CEO of BigHit, you will be the right hand to our Founder, providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of our fast-paced startup. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, involving the coordination of external and internal communication, managing complex schedules, and leading special projects. Your role is critical in enabling our Founder to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill their commitments to our company’s partners, funders, and board of directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between the Founder, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Provide support in the preparation of board meetings and investor presentations.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Develop and maintain an internal filing system.
- Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
- Help prioritize and manage the Founder's tasks to ensure that key business objectives are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of the entire MS Office suite.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
