Customer Care Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Adhere to established performance metrics and targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time position, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
