**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**SEO EXECUTIVE**:

- **Develop and execute international SEO strategies to increase our website's visibility and organic traffic in global markets.**
- **Perform keyword research and analysis to identify international search trends.**
- **Optimize website content and structure to enhance search engine rankings.**
- **Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link-building strategies.**
- **Monitor and analyze international SEO performance using analytics tools.**
- **Stay up to date with international SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates.**

**Customer Care**:

- **Utilize international customer care expertise to enhance the customer journey and user experience.**
- **Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively and professionally.**
- **Collaborate with our customer care team to provide support for international customers.**
- **Use knowledge of cultural differences and language skills to effectively communicate with international customers.**
- **Work to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.**
- **Implement feedback and insights from international customers to enhance our products and services.**

**Content Localization**:

- **Assist in content localization efforts to make our website and marketing materials more accessible to international audiences.**
- **Ensure that content is culturally sensitive and relevant to global customers.**
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- **Generate regular reports on international SEO performance and customer care metrics.**
- **Provide insights and recommendations for improving SEO and customer care strategies.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).**
- **Proven experience in international SEO, including optimizing websites for global audiences.**
- **Demonstrated experience in customer care, particularly handling international customers.**
- **Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.**
- **Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).**
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably in other languages.**
- **Cultural sensitivity and the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.**
- **Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.**
- **Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.**
- **Up-to-date knowledge of international SEO trends and customer care best practices.**

**Location-Chalakudy-Thrissur**

**Salary-Competitive Package with other benefits**

**Worming Hours-8hours**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chalakudi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
