**Job Summary**:
**What you've to do**

2. Design and implement front-end components and user interfaces using modern web technologies.

3. Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.

4. Design and develop integration solutions using Java, REST, and SOAP.

5. Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) to store and retrieve data efficiently.

6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

7. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

9. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA team.

11. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development.
**Work Experience
**What you've done**

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

3. Proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystems (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

5. Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar.

6. Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

7. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Certifications in Java or related technologies are a plus.
