**Key Requirements**:

- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Git, GitHub, React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS Cloud is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with additional backend technologies such as Spring, Spring Boot, Django, and Flask is a plus.
- Have Min 1+ years of training experience as a Full-stack Trainer
- Solid knowledge of Data Structures, Problem Solving, and System Design is essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create and design engaging, high-quality content tailored to learners needs.
- Develop study materials, tutorials, and guides that effectively explain complex concepts.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions to facilitate learning.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment by addressing queries and encouraging active participation.
- Guide learners in building complete Full Stack Projects from scratch, including front-end, back-end, and deployment.
- Assist in implementing real-world scenarios to strengthen learners’ hands-on experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Full Stack Development.
- Incorporate feedback and refine teaching methods to improve the learning experience.
- Provide personalized mentorship and support to learners throughout the course.
- Evaluate and track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage interactive sessions effectively.
- Methodical approach to teaching and a passion for learning and upskilling.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners with varied skill levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in designing and deploying projects on cloud platforms like AWS.
- A track record of developing and delivering Full Stack Applications using modern frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with additional backend technologies is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
