Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Fullstack Developer at PDE II level to design, develop, and enhance our Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform. You'll be working with modern technologies across the stack — from high-performance backend services to intuitive and responsive user interfaces — delivering features that scale globally and impact millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Build engaging and high-performing frontend applications using (or similar modern JS frameworks).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in the team.
  • Work closely with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Strong frontend skills with (preferred) or Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of build and automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
