**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
- Qualify leads by gathering information about the client's business needs, budget, and digital marketing goals.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team to further discuss digital marketing strategies.
- Follow up with leads, maintain records of calls made, and update client information in the CRM system.
- Answer basic queries related to digital marketing services.
- Assist in market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues effectively.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Freshers with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (even if limited) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
