activities by maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining

accurate records of purchases that comply with company standards.

As a Procurement Executive, you will play a critical role in our organization's purchase management

by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. You will be responsible

for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing

procurement processes to meet our company's needs efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

Identify potential suppliers, conduct vendor evaluations, and maintain a database of approved

suppliers.

Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's goals

and objectives.

Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that purchased goods and services meet the

required quality standards.

Address quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Skills Required**:
Strong Communication Skill (Verbal & Written)

Strong negotiation skills

Great relationship management

Understanding of the global market

Be familiar with Technology & System

**Salary**: ₹9,445.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
