**Position**: Receptionist or Secretary

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Experience**:2-4 Years in **Reception and Secretarial Duties** **(Good in PPT, Word & Mailing)**

**CTC Offered**: 25k to 30k pm

**Location**: Jayanagar, Bangalore

**1. **Experience in the **Real Estate Industry is a must.**

**2.** Greet and welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

**3.** Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

**5. **Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and keeping record in the given registers.

**6.** Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

**7.** Solid written and verbal communication skills.

**8.** Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.

**9. **Strong computer knowledge and creative skills like creating Holiday greetings and other art works.

**10. **Communicate effectively with internal staff, external clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely information exchange.

**Notice Period**:Immediate Joiners or 10-15 Days Max
