
Jewellery Sales Executive

The Sales executive of a jewellery boutique is tasked with domestic sales operations and willing to travel anywhere within the store, propelling revenue expansion, and ensuring a remarkable customer experience. This role encompasses managing the sales force, implementing effective sales methods, upholding top-notch customer service standards, and ensuring the store achieves its sales objectives. The Sales executive will collaborate closely with store leadership to fulfill business ambitions, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Direction & Strategy:
Craft and implement sales tactics to meet or surpass revenue targets.
Identify and execute promotional initiatives and special deals to boost customer traffic and sales.
Assess and monitor sales performance, delivering regular updates to upper management.
Establish individual and collective sales goals, ensuring they are consistently achieved or surpassed.
Inspire and motivate the sales team to reach exceptional performance levels.
Team Leadership & Growth:
Guide, train, and mentor the sales personnel to uphold high performance and customer service standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for enhancement.
Ensure sufficient staffing, manage schedules, and maximize team productivity.
Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture to promote team success.
Customer Engagement Management:
Guarantee an outstanding customer experience by maintaining thorough product knowledge and service excellence.
Address customer issues, grievances, and returns professionally.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with loyal customers to stimulate repeat business.
Stay informed on industry trends to anticipate customer desires and inclinations.
Inventory & Product Oversight:
Work alongside the inventory team to ensure appropriate stock levels of jewellery items.
Supervise visual merchandising to showcase jewellery products in an appealing and persuasive manner.
Evaluate product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
Sales Analytics & Reporting:
Examine sales data to pinpoint trends, customer preferences, and areas for enhancement.
Compile and present sales reports to senior management, showcasing key performance indicators and growth possibilities.
Conduct competitive assessments to remain knowledgeable about industry trends and rival offerings.
Branding & Promotion:
Support the execution of local marketing and branding efforts to elevate the store’s visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute in-store events, promotions, and campaigns.
Advocate for new product launches and initiatives to enhance visibility and sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in sales, with at act in a leadership or managerial capacity, ideally in luxury retail or jewellery specialty.
Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated proficiency in leading, motivating, and developing a team to meet sales objectives.
Customer Service Proficiency: Strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Sales Insight: Robust comprehension of sales strategies and the capability to implement them efficiently.
Product Acumen: Thorough understanding of jewellery products, trends, and market demands (experience in the jewellery sector is advantageous).
Analytical Capability: Proficient in analyzing sales information, recognizing trends, and adjusting strategies correspondingly.
Organization & Prioritization: Exemplary organizational and multitasking abilities.
Technology: Expertise in POS systems, MS Office, and various retail management software.
Pay: ₹8,926.92 - ₹22,378.51 per month
