About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor **B2B marketing campaigns** across digital and offline platforms.
- Create engaging content and visual assets using **Canva** (design-first mindset).
- Perform basic **video editing** (e.g., Canva Video) for campaigns, reels, or events.
- Drive performance marketing through **Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Mailchimp**.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) and external vendors for campaign success.
- Take **end-to-end ownership** of marketing projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Balance multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.

Must-Have Skillsets & Traits
- **Mandatory**: Proven experience in **B2B marketing** (preferably in real estate, coworking, or related industries).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with **Canva** (graphics + video editing).
- Familiarity with **digital marketing tools** (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of **SEO and keyword research**.
- Strong understanding of **core marketing functions** - brand, content, digital, offline, and performance.
- Experience in **campaign planning and execution**.
- Agile, proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Good-to-Have Skillsets
- **Event marketing / BTL** experience.
- Ability to manage freelancers or external vendors.
- Proficiency in **Canva Pro** or strong design sense (layouts, typography, branding).
- Understanding of **lead generation funnels**.
- Familiarity with **Google Analytics fundamentals**.
